Our customer has a problem with outgoing calls (not on every call) made with SNOM M25 handsets on SNOM M900 Multicell. Sometimes when they dial a number it is not dialing out.
In the Call Log i see that call shown as Internal, but with the full number. SNOM basestations and handsets are already upgraded to the latest available firmware.
Has anyone have an idea what this might cause?
