PROVISIONNING BORNE SNOM M300 IMPOSSIBLE V20

Bonjour,
Sur un 3CX Version 20.0 Mise à jour 7 (Build 1080), je cherche à provisionner une borne SNOM M300, mais elle ne veut rien savoir.
La borne est sur le firmware 05.30/B1400. Je ne pense pas qu'il y en ait d'autres après.
J'ai réinitialisé la borne SNOM.
J'ai tenté avec un nom de fichier vierge, ou bien avec cfg{mac}, ou bien snomM300.php?mac={mac} , ou bien snomM300.php ; sans succès.

Si jamais quelqu'un a une solution

On a 3CX system running version 20.0, update 7 (Build 1080), I'm trying to provision a SNOM M300 access point, but it's not responding.

The access point is on firmware version 05.30/B1400. I don't think there are any other firmware versions after that.

I've reset the SNOM access point.

I've tried using a blank filename, or with `cfg{mac}`, or `snomM300.php?mac={mac}`, or `snomM300.php`; all without success.

If anyone has a solution, I would be very grateful.

That's correct. For an M300 base firmware version 5.30 build 1400 is the latest version as the M300 is EOL.

Our management settings for the configuration looks like this:


If this is not an on-prem 3CX / the DECT base does not have a direct LAN connection, then a 3CX SBC must be used in front of the DECT base and this must also be configured accordingly in the 3CX before the configuration is rolled out to the base.
