QR Code and "Settings" Tab missing ?

Hi,

Just now I registered to use 3cx. I received the welcome email with below content

To login:
URL: https://customer.3cx.com
Login: ..............................
Password: ..........................

But I cannot see the "Settings" tab you are telling in the youtube video to get the QR Code scanned.
Can you pelase help ? Or is there payment or whatetver things I need to do before it appears in my admin panel ?

Hello @arilala358

You need to install the 3CX PBX and access either the management console or an extension through the webclient to be able to use the QR code.
What you are accessing is the customer portal where you can access your licence keys.
