QR Provisioning failed v18

Hello
I try to provision remote 3cx user. I open all the ports that is need to be forwarded i try even to connect from chrome with https://FQDN:5001 and is working the url but app still not provisioning.

Does the firewall checker pass?

I have had a client's phone or two where the camera was bad/cloudy/fuzzy and could not read the QR code. Does yours scan the code and then it does not work, or does it not scan the code?

Also if you are scanning the QR code while on same WiFi as the 3CX Server, try turning Wifi off, enable Mobile Data, then scan the QR Code.
