Version 18.0 Update 6
Windows 10
AWS Hosted
Yealink T54W
Provisioned via SBC
SIP Trunk - Flowroute
Number is currently being forwarded from Google Voice
Inbound calls are currently routed to a ring group from the sip trunk and everything works as expected. I recently routed the inbound calls to a call queue. When I did, the agents would be prompted to press 1 to answer incoming calls. I set the inbound calls back to route through the ring group and it no longer prompted them to press 1 to answer incoming calls.
Yesterday, I set the customer up with SMS texting and routed the calls through an IVR and then to the ring group and it began to ask the agents to press 1 to answer incoming calls again.
Is this a function of the calls being handed off from google voice, or is there a setting in 3CX that is controlling this.
