Record Digital Attendant from Phone Codes

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a way to record a digital receptionist greeting without logging into the portal?
I was hoping I could dial 999 and log into the digital receptionist "mailbox" and use DTMF codes to record from there.
It won't let me do it but maybe there is a round about way to achieve the same thing such as creating an extension mailbox that goes to a digital receptionist after the greeting is played.

I realise this can be done using CFD but I don't want to do that,

We can do it with a CFD, but you have to be using a Pro edition to do it.
