Recorded meetings don't include the shared files

Hi

I am using 18.0 (Build 418). When I record meetings where a participant shares a presentation and talks about it, the recording only shows the two talking heads. I hope to use this technology for students' oral exams later this year and really need this working. Any idea why the shared doc isn't recorded as well?

Thank you. We've identified a problem specific to just your meeting/recording.

We'll get back to you as soon as we've done a through investigation we'll let you know whether this can be fixed for already recorded meetings or only for meetings meetings after we've fixed this.

I don't expect to have a reply for you on this today, i believe on Monday we'll have something to report back.
