Recording Can't download showing the "File not found or not accessible"

I have a question. When I was using 3CX v18, I was saving call recordings to an FTP server, and it worked fine. After upgrading to v20, I have added the FTP server again under Storage settings, but now it shows "File not found or not accessible" when I try to access it.
Can you please help me with this issue?

Hi,

Check your FTP path settings, most likely an error there.

I suppose it could also be a permissions issue. Make sure the FTP user specified has the required permissions.
