Recover a Video Conference Record not e-mailed

Hi, i need to recover a video conference realized in 12/23/2021. I cant find in my emails. This scheduled video conference still in my DESKTOP 3CX CLIENT but not in WEBCLIENT.

Hi,

Meetings are deleted 7 days after their scheduled date. Unfortunately since over 7 days have passed since the scheduled date of your meeting, the meeting & anything that comes with it has already been deleted.

For future reference, if this occurs again, restart your PBX 3CX Gateway service, the mail should arrive shortly after that. If that doesn't do it for you, contact us here within the 7 day time period.

I just restartet die 3CX Gateway Service. I get feedback from my users tomorrow and hope this solves the problem. Thanks @NickD_3CX for the reminder.

Feedback from my user is negativ. He did not receive an email after the restart. What can I do. I still have an webmeeting participant link. Who can help as the 7 day period is over tomorrow?
