Reformatting Caller ID not working

I am trying to reformat the inbound caller id for easy to redial numbers and based on the walk through i would use this source pattern and replace pattern. After making the changes calls are still coming in with the +1xxxxxxx

Perhaps, it is related to the last line, in "Additional Notes"

How is the caller ID being presented to you without any reformat? Check the activity log and look for the caller ID as it arrives from the provider.
Also if you want to just remove the "+" why not simplify the reformatting?
Try source pattern +(.*) and replace pattern \1

I Have tried to simplify it, could it be because i am using the amazon chime sip trunking that the in formatting is not working correctly

No I do not believe that its because you are using Chime that it is not working. Can you send a screenshot of your inbound parameters of your trunk?

Do you have the option " Convert Inbound caller ID to e164 number format" enabled by any chance?



Also do you have any other trunks on the system?
