Remote Control

I can successfully request a remote control session for a remote Windows PC and all works as expected. What I can't figure out is how to either disconnect from that session or request a different screen. According to the 3cx Video Conferencing for Advanced Users guide, "The organizer can click on the blue “Remote Control” icon to open the remote session dialog and optionally select another screen to control or end the remote session.".

I do not see any blue "Remote Control" icon. I can select the participant and do have "Remote Control" in the drop-down list of actions (the same one I clicked on to initiate the session in the first placed) but clicking on it does nothing.

I am running the latest version of the PBX and Windows client.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,
actually it is not very clear.
Open participant panel inside the right colum.
Inside the tile of the controlled user you will see the remote control icon.
The same, if the remote controlled user wants to stop on his side.
We are going to change this part of the user interface because it is not user friendly.
