As much as I try to get my users to keep their 3CX app open, many are disregarding this request and are missing after-hours emergency calls.
The queue's manager and I have tried dummy extensions with simultaneous ring to force calls out to their cell, but I'm running into some agents turning off their phone or rejecting the call, so the call ends up going to their cell phone's voicemail.
Is there any way to combine queues or even just ring groups with rebound? Could this be achieved with something in the call-flow designer?
I've tried enabling "Allow forwarding to external numbers in Ring Groups and Queues" but I'm not sure what the intended use for this option is, as it doesn't appear to be working in this scenario, at least not with rebound. Works with ring simultaneous but then we have the voicemail picking up issue.
