Solved Resend invitation email

Many times, while scheduling webinars, some attendees tell me they haven't received the invitation email. (Using smtp of 3cx).
Is it possible to resend the invitation? If this is not possible, who is enabled, could post this suggestion in the ideas?

Can you confirm that ALL emails sent via the PBX work (Welcome Email etc) except for the WebMeeting Invitation email?

Yes, I confirm.
I have not encountered any problems on the other mailings, only on webmeetng invitation

Have you yourself failed to receive the organizer's email?

Could you send another email to a 2nd account of yours to test?

Could it be that the email has gone to spam / junk / other on some of the user's accounts?

I have always received the invitation email as an organizer.
However, it happens that many invited to the same meeting say that they have not received the invitation. At this point I have to cancel and reconvene the meeting.
From the tests I have done, personally, I have always received the email also on my other accounts.
Is it really not possible to resend invitations without having to cancel the meeting?
where can I find the logs (if any) of the emails sent?

Hi @cinocino,

There is no way of resending the email, though what you could do as a work-around is to email yourself a joining email (not the admin one you get) and you could forward it changing the name etc.

Can you PM me the email addresses that have told you that they never received the invite? Also give me the invite details, such as when you created it, how many participants, what type of Web Meeting it was etc.

Unfortunately, due to my contract with my clients, I cannot disclose email addresses.
The webmeeting was a "webinar" type with 20 participants. The meeting was scheduled on 10/18/2021 for the following day.

I don't have the right privileges, but could I post the possibility to resend invitations in the "ideas" section? Logs?
