Salesforce - 3cx prefix

Hi i have set up the Salesforce v2 - 3cx integration.
Now i have the following issue:

If a agent call with the 3cx to a number with the prefix (for example) +32 than the call is logged in Salesforce.
But if the agent calls without the prefix 02xxxxxxx than the call is not logged.
Is there a way that i can set up in the 3cx that all calls will be dialled to a prefix? Even if the agent calls a 02xxx that thecall will be +3202xxxxxx.

i think i found the solution, for me it's working now, just posted it here if somebody has the same issue.
