Solved Samsung S22 unable to answer calls

Having an issue with a users Samsung Galaxy S22 when the answer button on the 3cx interface doesn't work.
They can press it, but it doesn't respond to the press and subsequently misses the call.

It only happens periodically. But happens enough for the user to make noise about it.

Telecom API has been disabled.

Are you using IPv6 on your 3CX Server? Does this happen on both mobile data and Wi-Fi?

Nah, No IPv6. Can only confirm that the issue occurs on mobile data due to the nature of the customers business.
I will find out from the customer whether WiFi also sees the issue. I will update this post once I have an answer.

Edit: Never mind. The user discovered that the reason they were unable to answer it is because at the time of answering, they were wearing Latex gloves (due to the nature of their business) and their phone wasn't reacting to the touch of the glove.
He has sent me on a wild goose chase. I don't think you can program an app to account for the user wearing gloves
