Scheduled Backup Failing

Hello,
What causes the 3CX backup to fail with the following error and what is the remedy:

Your 3CX backup failed due to the following reason(s):
Timed out trying to connect!

The 3CX is not a free version but a Pro edition.

It seems you have posted this in the wrong section of the forum, but in any case, check the backup location is set and ensure that connection is possible. The error states that it is timing out trying to connect.
