Hello,

We are experiencing some problems using the Meet function of 3CX.
We have a mixed setup of users. Some of them are using 3CX using external provisioning link but some of them are using it from internal network.

The problem appears on users that are running 3CX App from internal network.
When we generate a quick meeting, the URL generated to join meeting is the public one and anyone from external network can access it.
When we use the option for scheduled meeting, 3CX generates the meeting URL using internal IP instead FQDN. In this way nobody from external can access it.

We found a bypass to go to Extension - Phone Provisioning - 3CX App and change the provisioning network interface to FQDN. We can't use this option because it creates another problems for us. Using it in this way all 3CX Apps from internal network are provisioned using the same IP and we have quality issues.

There is any way that we can change the template used by 3CX to send invites so we can force it to use public FQDN instead of internal IP?

Email templates are set to use the join URLs automatically via variables. If you access the webclient with a local IP, then the email template, even if you use local IP to access the webclients and create web conferences, will use both internal and external links and these will be provided in the meeting email.
