My teams are starting to use WebMeeting with increasing regularity. This also means we're noticing the frequent updates, most of which are great. The most recent update affected the layout when you are presenting your screen. There are two issues I now have and wondering if there is a work around for either:
There's no longer a way to change other people's video feed size.
Especially in small groups, I used to be able to manually increase the size of the other people. With a multi-monitor setup, this was a big benefit over GoToMeeting, as I could have four people relatively large on one monitor and share my other screen. Now when I'm sharing my screen, everyone is crammed on the left side and the middle real estate is just empty. Is there a way to slide that bar between or make them all bigger somehow? Perhaps a breakout?
This is minor, but the "you're sharing your screen" bar at the bottom is ALWAYS on the primary monitor.
So because I'm actually using three monitors, this is a slight annoyance. I recognize I'm in a fortunate minority. But my setup is generally such that I don't share my primary monitor so that people don't see my notifications (but I can easily swap between programs). I use my laptop screen for the people, as that's where my webcam is, so I can look at them. My secondary monitor is what's shared. However, the "stop sharing" bar at the bottom is on the only window that 3CX isn't. Again - very minor issue.
Any thoughts on either - especially the first - would be helpful.
