Self-hosted multi tenant SMB server

Perhaps I'm missing something, but Nick Galea mentioned something about hosting your own SMB multi-tenant server:

Is there any documentation about how this is done?

As far as I know, it was never released to partners. Am I wrong?

It's not yet, and based on the fact that SMB will stay on v18 until February, I'm guessing they still need some dev time on v20 to make it multi tenant in the same manner.

They did mention that a version will be offered to partners, but there's no ETA or timeline for this.
