Set 'Auto dial' to 3 in D735

Hi all,
I want to set 'auto dial' to 3, so the phone 'immediately' dials the number and didn't wait if anybody hit the 'ok' button ...
I set this option using the phones web interface, but the 3CX killed my setting during a provisioning, which takes place every 24h??
I understand that I have to set this option some how in the provisioning file (or template) but I can't find a file containing this informations.
I see a file using the 'config' tab, but there is no line for this option.
I want to create a line (seems not that hard, maybe fiddling around a bit), but this file or panel is read only.

How can I set this option permanently in my phone?

Custom templates are not supported and for those inquiries you can contact vendor.

'Custom templates are not supported..': Is this really a good idea? In older 3CX versions, this wasn't a problem and very helpful.

Custom templates were never supported.
You can use them but 3CX will not advice in case support is requested.

I used it in V11, the last version we used before we 'migrate' to V18. Now, I see a provisioning file in a window with the caption 'Edit', but I can't edit anything .... very sad news.
What can I do now. Stop provisioning by 3CX, set every phone extra ... really good solution. 3CX, thats really a good job.

Many things have changed since V11. For the custom templates though there is a guideline which you can check, however we will not advice further.
