Solved shared documents, data retention & privacy

Dear Users,

i noticed today, that all documents we upload in a meeting, are uploaded to a remote 3cx server. I could not find anything about this in the data or privacy-statement and i dont like it.

3CX, please clarify:

- How long are these files saved at your location?
- are the files encrypted?
- will the files get indexed by 3cx?

Even though i click 'DELETE' in 3CX during a meeting on an uploaded document, i still can access the document later with the link:

https://files-eu.3cx.net/share/d/d/1/very-long-string/b/another-long-string/another-long-string.pdf

What else do we have to know about this?

It is said in particular that "Files shared using the WebMeeting File Share functionality are temporarily stored on a server in a regional data center. File names are anonymized on upload and given a random name instead of their original name. [...] Files uploaded via the PDF Sharing feature are available until the meeting in which this PDF is shared is deleted or when the extension owning this meeting is deleted from the related PBX."
