SignalWire SIP Trunk setup

Would appreciate help. Trying to setup a SIP trunk using SignalWire (not supported by 3CX), We are able to get incoming calls, but unable to figure out what the issue is with outgoing calls, when trying to dial a number getting a voice message "Called Number Does Not Exist". Wondering if anyone in the community have been successful setting up a SingalWIire SIP trunk?

Please follow these troubleshooting steps

1. Did you create an Outbound Rule for your outgoing calls?
2. Do you see any error message in your event log when dialling the number?
3. In the event of there being an event log entry, is the number shown there the one you are dialling or is it modified in any way?

We did create an Outbound Rule.

Able to find the below error in activity log it seems like "SIP/2.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required", would you know what settings would need to be changed? Thanks much

Why is the provider responding with a 407? they should ultimately be responding with a 401 message.

Did you setup the provider using the Generic configuration or did you get another providers config and modified it?

Ultimately you should be contacting signalwire and asking why they send the 407 instead of the 401.
