Solved Sip Password

Hi Guys
we are trying to register a door panel, IP based sip client.
we need Extension number and sip password for extension.
where i can find sip password for extension on ver 18.

thanks so we use that ID and Password ? or use extension number as username and passworf from here , do we need to add any phone to provisioning list or use 3CX APP as default in list to get password
