SIP truck not picking up registration

I have successfully registered the SIP trucks for all my users.

The registration was fine.

They have all suddenly dropped the registration.

When I am trying to refresh the registration, it's not allowing me to. Staying on RED

Need urgent help please.

Can you please provide more details as to your set up and who your provider is?

My provider is a company called Acefone.

We are on trial licence and trying to provision.

In that case I would recommend using a supported provider to avoid such issues.
