Hi, I have just checked and it is there for me. Are you on the latest update of V20?

Also looks like your an SMB user, this provider may only be available on dedicated instances

Hi @Lantera that voip provider is available to use with dedicated instances Hosted by 3CX, On premise or Self Hosted, is not available for the free SMB.
