Hi,

Our SIP trunks registered were up and working for 50 minutes. Now they have unregistered and fail to register with the below.

The only major change is that I changed Public IP Address but i can get it to register by disabling Open port rules and re-enabling them which seems to let the trunks re-register.

Im out of ideas as to why this is happening.

You are doing this in an external firewall? If so, then disable, or remove the firewall, as a test.

If you run the 3CX Firewall test, does it all pass?

It sounds as if something (the firewall?), is blocking a responce , from your provider, when a registration attempt is made,

I disabled the firewall and restarted the PBX services which hasnt changed anything.
Using a draytek VIgor 3910. (SIP ALG has been disabled)

No the Firewall test fails on ports 5090 and 5060 but they are open as i can run a check from a website which tells me open ports from my public IP.

You might consider going over the settings again. Obviously something is blocking ports.

Perhaps reset, and start fresh.

It would also be worth checking with your ISP that they don't have SIP AGL or port blocking enabled on the new IP address.

I found the issue, it was my setup.

We are using load balancing across two different public IP's, incoming traffic was fine due to Port Forwarding but the outgoing traffic was failing due to me not having any load balancing rules for our PBX IP.......

Thanks for the help.
