skyetel SIP Trunk option is not there

I just setup the free smb but in the sip trunk i can only find other sip trunk
I used twillio/sketel

can you walk me through how to use that using skyetel

Skytel and Twilio cannot be used on an SMB free installation. They can only be uused on a dedicated instance of 3CX.
