SMB Free - Questions

I’m trialing SMB Free, but I don’t seem to be able to post in that section so apologies.

The questions I have for SMB, I have 8 users and all need to have a physical desk phone is this possible on SMB? I’ll need to add at least one router phone, are router phones supported on SMB? Is there a limit for simultaneous calls, other than that imposed on the trunk?

Hi,
The SMB free version used to be listed as only allowing 3 physical phones, but checking the current features list that limitation is no longer mentioned, but may still be there?

You would need either an SBC or a router phone, to get any supported phones working.

The SMB instance it part of a lager multi tenant installation so you would be sharing the total SC with all others on the same host.
You would be more likely to be limited by the SC count on your trunk.

Thanks for your reply, I’ve been away from 3CX for a while and SMB is new for me. I saw some posts about the limit of 3 but as you say it doesn’t state this on the features list. I was planning to use a router phone for the SBC.
