Solved Snom D385 BLF LED

Hi,

On our Snom D385 connected to a remote 3CX (V20) the BLF LEDs always are green, except when a user is busy. So the BLF LEDs do not show if the status is "not registered" or "do not disturb". I am not sure if this is the normal situation or if I have some wrong setting. It would be great if the LEDs would be red (or yellow or whatever, except green), if the user is not available also for other reasons than "busy".

The BLF keys on any IP phone only show the CALL state of a user

Green = On-hook/Not on a call
Flashing red = Ringing
Red: Off-hook/On a call

The BLF keys on an IP phone will never show the profile state of a user. This is however available on the BLF keys of a 3CX webclient or App.

We exchange the presence information via the WEB protocols of 3CX and NOT via SIP messages.
