SNOM D717 not registering

I am trying to provision a new desk phone for a new employee but it is failiing every time.
It goes thru the process but does not register .It gives a not registered message.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
Any help will be appreciated.

Is the phone using the latest firmware, which is 10.1.215.13?
Also, are you using an SBC?
