Hello! Have any of you seen anything like this?
This is only happening for one user so we're baffled. The user has a Jabra Engage 65 headset connected to a Snom D785. This started when they were using a D735. The user receives a call by pressing the button on their headset, talks to the caller, and hangs up using the button on their headset. Or, the user calls someone and leaves a message and then hangs up using the button on their headset. If the user is talking to someone and hangs up using the headset button before the caller hangs up, the phone will turn off its headset button. It also does this when the user leaves someone a message and hangs up the call using the headset. This is happening many times each day.
This is what we've done to troubleshoot the issue:
Swapped phone from D735 to D785
Swapped EHS interface
Deleted and recreated extension in 3CX
Ensured that headset and phone firmware are both up to date
The only thing we haven't done yet is replace the cables between the phone and the EHS box.
Any ideas? Thanks!
