Snom D785 - which BT headset to use ?

Hi,
I'm asking community advice , what is the best BT monoral headset (Brand and model ) to use with 3CX PBX and Snom D785 ?
This will be in use for a dental office with daily intensive use.
I search for reliable solution to use with a V18 PBX (do you have link to follow for a working instal?)
