Snom D7XX Custom Template

Hi!

I would need to use a custom template (the only change is the Perm_Flag on the ringtone) so that each user can change the ringtone to his liking from the Snom settings.
I duplicated the default template snom_ph.xml but I don't understand how to make it work.

Hi Alessio custom templates are not supported, using the default template you can still change and set a different ringtone to the phone and also another one for the calls coming from a queue.
