We have 12 M65 units and 1 M900 and 2 M700 units in a building around 4000 square feet of space.

They want all handsets to ring on inbound calls with no attendants in the process. What we see constantly is that not all the phones will ring. We have tried multi-cell and we have just setup units and set extensions to each base as well. Does anyone have any ideas? We do know that the base units can handle 200 or 400 handsets but can only ring 4 at a time.... Makes no sense to me why so many handsets but only so many calls...

Hi,
If you look to the specifications of the M700 or M900, we can see that the number of concurrent call is pretty low (https://www.snom.com/en/ip-phones/m...ility/m700-multi-radio-base-station/#tab_spec)

For the M700, we have :
  • RFC 3261 SIP 2.0 compliant SIPS Secure SIP SRTP Limits the number of active calls per base to 4 when packet authentication is enabled
  • Up to 30 handsets per base station
  • Up to 8 narrowband or 4 wideband calls per base station in multicell setup
  • G.722 (5 channels; 4 in multicell operation)
