Hi,

We have 2 clients reporting that when you are calling on speaker via the 3CX app on Android and you receive a mobile call, the speaker turns off.
If you deny the mobile call, te speaker will still say it is on in the app, but it is not. You have to toggle the speaker button in the 3CX app to enable it again.

Is it possible to keep calling on speaker phone while a mobile call is received?

Generally the GSM calls take priority over the 3CX calls, however if you reject the call, it should remain as is.

Could you please tell us what make/model phone you are using and what version of the app?

Also in the app, in Settings --> Advanded, do you have the Car/Bluetooth support option enabled or disabled?
Try toggling this option and see of the behavior changes.

Hi @NickD_3CX,

Thanks for the quick response.
Enabling the Car/Bluetooth support fixed the issue!

I am using a OnePlus 8, Android 11, App version 16.6.2.89.
Colleague is using Samsung S9+, Android 10, App version 16.6.2.89.
3CX instance is Cloudhosted with version 16.0.8.9
