'Synced with' not showing +Teams

Hi all!

New 3cx system has been spun up in the cloud (ENT/16SC). Will be using Teams integration.
We have selected users for MS sync. However, the user list only shows 'Synced with' Microsoft 365. The synced users have Teams Phone Standard licenses assigned. I would expect to see Synced with MS365+Teams?
We've done a few of these now, but I've not seen this issue before.
Any ideas?

Ps. System has been restarted . Users MS licensing has been removed and reassigned.

Did you at least configure the Teams integration and ran the scripts? The user script must be reran everytime you modify a user.
