Teams Adding 0 to international calls

Hi,

We have a customer using teams integration without any issues for national calls (UK FWIW) but when they make an international call from teams it fails. International calls from 3CX endpoints are fine.

In the call logs I see an extra 0 coming over from teams. So instead of 001-XXX-XXX-XXXX I see 0001-XXX-XXX-XXXX

I can't figure out where the extra 0 is being generated. I assume somewhere in the teams routing policies?

Did you modify something from the dial plan that was created by 3CX?

No we've not edited it.

Maybe you could open the ticket with the support, where we can check the logs and take it from there.
