We have been using Teams with 3CX for several months now. Setting it up was very easy, and in fact I did it numerous times to test different data centres and performance, so I'd deploy to one in Toronto, try it out for a day, wipe it and then do Montreal, etc, so it's very easy to configure.

Yesterday, my users started complaining that no calls work from Teams, they all say "Declined." When I log into 3CX admin, it shows every user with a red dot beside them instead of green.

When I go into Microsoft 365 settings, it is showing an error "User.Read.All permissions are required". That definitely was not required before as that error was new, so I went into the App Registration in Azure AD and added that permission, and the error went away, but same issue. If I go to User Sync it shows all the users, so it clearly is connected properly. I click Sign In over and over but it does not work.

I have rebooted the system, I've disabled the DirectRouting for Teams feature, but I cannot get it to work.

What also makes no sense, is if I go to the screen where I can export the powershell scripts, the one for the users is always blank with no users listed at all. Even if I delete all users from the user sync and add a new one, the exported powershell script never works anymore.

The screenshot above is all the file does now, doesn't matter what I do, it's always blank. I shouldn't need to run this script again anyway, but what else can I check? There's no errors in the logs and I don't see any way to check why it won't register. On Teams Admin it shows the SBC is fine and working without any issues. The 3CX web application works also, but the reason we have to use Teams is because we use Bluetooth headsets and they do not work on the 3CX web app, only on Teams. They do work on the 3CX Windows Client but the audio quality is terrible, so Teams is our only option.

Is there anything else I can try? Really disappointed as it has been working for months and then out of the blue it doesn't work at all. I tried making a whole new app registration in Azure AD just in case, then tried a new SSL certificate, and have even deleted all users in 3CX just starting over from scratch. It creates all the users from the 3CX Microsoft 365 settings page, but they are permanently showing as offline.

Make sure your users have the required licenses and that your Teams Direct Routing is configured correctly in 3CX. Also make sure your SSL hasn't expired.

What Frederick said, in the Management Console --> Users, in the "Synced with" column, do you see "MS365+Teams" for those users?
