We want to setup a 3CX integration to Microsoft Teams, but before we do we want to know if the CRM name recognition will push to Teams.
For example, when John Smith (333-333-3333) calls who is not a contact in Outlook/Teams, 3CX looks up the number in the CRM and find John Smiths name. In the regular 3CX app it changes the number to John’s name.
Does it change the name when the call comes into the Teams app by changing the CNAM?
