Hi Everyone,

we set up Teams Direct routing and Incoming Calls to teams are fine.
Outgoing calls (wheter to internal or external) are failing with teams showing "rejected" after one ring.

I found this Post which is showing the exact same problem, but unfortuanly the solutions (having no call id policy set) does not work for me
I dont have any Caller ID policies set.

I tried all ideas on the troubleshooting FAQ but nothing of that did solve my problem.

Thanks for your help.

Hi!

The first thing I would check is if the certificate you have used is correct. A pretty accurate online tool to check this is here:
https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html
Just enter the Teams FQDN (I think you are using the same as for the PBX as it is custom...) and put ":5061" at the end. If there are any error here, you should consider fixing them before going any further. Most common problem is not including the correct intermediate certificates.

Next I would check in the Teams Admin page to see if the "Direct Routing" status of the connection is OK.

Another thing to check is, in the 3CX Management Console, if you search for the Caller extension, does it show the correct "Synced with" type?

Generally a very useful article to go through is this:
