After updating to 18A Final the M365 integration at one of our customers stopped working.
We fixed that by reprovisioning Microsoft 365 access.

But teams direct routing seems no longer working so they cannot call anymore trough the Teams client.
In a couple of posts it got mentioned that a ENT 16SG is perhaps needed for the direct routing to work. Current manual Microsoft 365 Integration updated 13 june mentions
"In addition to the above, the 3CX Enterprise Edition for 16 sim calls and above offers Teams Direct Routing integration"

The customer has a ENT 4SG license and is calling trough teams since early 2022, renewed once and the current license expires on 05/22/2024

Can someone confirm that the cause of the teams direct routing not working anymore is not caused bij the ENT 4SG license?

I don't think it's the license.

Make sure your Teams certificate in 3CX is valid.

Teams certificate was valid (and working) before the update and it still shows as: Expires on 03/04/2024 in blue info bar.

Ok, a couple things to check:
- run a port scan on 5062 and see if it's open (sites like canyouseeme will work.)
- enable verbose logging and restart the SIP Server; then go to the Activity Log and look for Teams-related messages. This should give you some pointers.

Did some troubleshooting and checks again.
Every requirement is met except the ENT 16SG license.

On the microsoft side the SBC shows inactive also.

Can someone from 3CX confirm that the direct routing only works from now on with a ENT 16SG and that because of the ENT 4SG which the customer has now it stops working.
