Hello,

We are having problems when we run PowerShell script to create a SBC on our tenant probably because we use subdomain for our 3cx instead of root domain, something like this "3cx.pbx.ourdomain.com".

We added pbx.ourdomain.com to our tenant, but we are still getting the same error, so I'm not sure if this is even allowed or not?

Can someone shed some light to this please?

Regards
Goran

What error are you getting? Also, have you validated the domain in O365/Azure before trying to set up the SBC?

Unfortunately I can't check it directly. I'll let you know when I get a response from my colleague.

Regards
