Inbound Calls are still working, but outbound still aren't.

The certificate has been inserted correctly thanks to @StefanW

Our subdomain ist directing to the IP (IP is reachable) he has provided to us:

I have waited since Friday, but it still doesn't work. i have once again fully read the FAQ for the DNS Record and everything seems to be fine.

Best,

Marcus
Hi Marcus,

So just to be clear which calls do and don't work:
  • 3CX --> Teams: Works
  • Teams --> 3CX: Does not work
is this correct?

Also, what do you see here?

Exactly, only the outbound calls don't work as you can see here:

To others reading this, the remaining problem was that outbound calls from Teams to External Numbers via a SIP Trunk could not be made.

This was being caused because Teams dial all numbers in e164 format (with the leading '+' symbol)
The remedy was to properly format the dialed number into the format the provider supports accepts (in this case we also had to disable e164 in Settings as well).
