Teams Presence Sync .. only for EntraID Admin ?

I'm using 3CX Version 20.0 Update 5.


I have successfully configured authentication through 365... it works perfectly.However, I have an issue with the Teams <--> 3CX status synchronization.


It works... but only for the Entra ID Admin who did the configuration. For him everything is OK. For other users it doesn't work.


I think it's a "consent" issue for the Presence.Read.All value... but I can't manage to solve the problem.


Would you like me to help you troubleshoot the Microsoft Graph API permissions and consent settings to resolve this synchronization issue for all users?

Another interesting bit of information: if I create a new user everything works correctly. So this seems to only affect older users.


Authentication works fine for everyone though.
The only issue concerns the status sync between Teams <--> 3CX

I resolved my issue.

Here are the two problems that were causing my deadlock:

- The 3 Azure P1 license options were not activated for all users
- Some users had Microsoft Graph application assigned to their account in Entra ID (you need to remove it for sync from Teams to 3CX)
