We are using a Telnyx trunk for 3CX version 18. Calls do not appear to be reaching 3CX. Our clients are complaining that when they call, they are getting a “number is disconnected or no longer in service” sometimes, and other times the calls will go through just fine. Reports from Telnyx show hangup code 88, INCOMPATIBLE_DESTINATION.
