The callers' voices are too low

I can't hear the callers' voices clearly during the call
also they can't hear my voice clearly
note that I did go to app settings and I select microphone gain as 175% but without any benefit

Are there any solutions?

A few questions here.

What devices are you using?

Is this happening when answering a 3CX call via a mobile device? Does this happen between mobile and 3CX clients (like the Web Client etc) or only between 2 3CX mobile clients?

What version of the PBX are you using?

If you dial *777 do you hear yourself clearly?

Does this only happen for internal-to-internal calls or external calls as well?

The problem appears in these devices: Huawei Nova3, Samsung C9 Pro
I didn't try the web client but I'm using a desktop client and there is no problem

I'm using 3CX Ver.18.0 (Build 314)
and the problem appears for internal-to-internal calls and external calls

now I tried to call *777 I heard myself but not clearly 100% and I have to raise my voice while talking
but I tried to call *777 using Huawei y7 and Samsung a32 I heard myself clearly

Note that the low sound problem exists in these two devices also, but less than in other mobile phones

Can you try the following:

1. Connect all of the devices to WiFi only.
2. Enable / Disable Car/Bluetooth Support (Telecom API) in the app settings. Test if the quality is better.
3. Enable / Disable Echo Cancellation. Test if the quality is better.

Let me know the results.

Hi @RASHEED994,

I'm afraid that as it specific to those models of phones, there is much else I can do from this side. The fact that the others work means that this issue is specific to those phones.

You can also test changing the Audio Subsystem API if you haven't already.
