The images / attachments in the Android Client Chat message will not open

Hi,

The new v16 ALPHA was taken for test use.
On one phone with Android Client version 15.5.346.651, images / attachments in the Chat message will not open.
Same user with another android phone it works, the client versions are the same.

Have someone an idea, what could cause this problem?
In addition to the 3cx client, there must be some other app too?

This is solved. For some reason the images will not be displayed in chat if the phone's default storage memory is SD card. When switch to internal memory, it works fine.
