Unsupported Third party softphone app compatibility?

We're having too many issues with android and the 3cx app to the point I consider it unstable. What other softphone apps are compatible with 3cx and it's feature set? We don't use the chat feature. Just incoming business calls routed by IVR -> Ring Group.

Any softphone will work for calls, but you won't get presence, chats, missed calls, voicemail, recordings, etc.

If the app is having issues, the issue is probably either the device or the signal (Wi-Fi or cellular.)

On Android it's never easy to get an app working on all devices. Maybe switch to iPhone? The app is much better on there.

The device is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Android 10. Before our switch to 3cx, Bria worked just fine.

Have you tried the Telecom API switch in the app settings?
