"This Account Is Blocked"

I am now of 3CX Free but I cannot for the life of me figure out if I set it up on Google Cloud like I had in the past.
I dont spend all day every day monitoring it until something goes wrong and now it seems I am getting a "This Account Is Blocked" message every time I call out and nobody can call in.

I think the free version runs on 3CX servers if I am correct but I dont know where to log in and the chatbox (bottom right of 3CX site) is missing.

Can someone please let me know if I am correct in that the free version runs on 3CX server and if not, how can I check where I set it up?
