touch-to-dial

As a dispatcher I frequently send a text message to my techs, Android texting automatically recognizes a telephone number and has touch-to-dial capability. I noticed that your smartphone option has a chat feature, I tried to send a telephone number and it doesn't appear to recognize that entry as a telephone number. How may I enter telephone number so my tech only needs to touch-to-dial?

Hi @itraider,

Currently click2call isn't implemented in the Mobile App, so for now it won't work however if you send them the number as a separate message and your agents just hold their finger on the number for a second, it should be copied to clipboard and easily enough pasted to the dialer.
